About LincolnLemon
My story. Yours matters.
LincolnLemon began with my own Lincoln Navigator experience. Its purpose is to document the facts and give other Lincoln and Ford owners a place to share their stories, find resources, and make their voices heard.
How this started
In 2025, I purchased a brand-new 2024 Lincoln Navigator Black Label — a $100,000+ vehicle marketed as the pinnacle of American luxury. Within months, it was leaking fluids, throwing powertrain warnings, and felt like it was spending more time at the dealer than in my driveway.
After repeated repairs and two denied buyback requests, I provided my records to an attorney and continued seeking a resolution from Lincoln. The process has been frustrating and time-consuming. My vehicle has not been bought back, and my efforts remain ongoing.
I built this site so the next person doesn't have to figure it out alone.

Our mission
LincolnLemon exists to help consumers document vehicle problems, understand their options, connect with other owners, and seek fair resolutions from manufacturers.
Repeated repairs and unresolved concerns can undermine confidence in any vehicle. LincolnLemon gives Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition owners a place to share their experiences, document the facts, and find resources to understand consumer protections and pursue a resolution.
This site is independent and consumer-funded. We have no affiliation with Ford Motor Company, Lincoln, or any dealership.
